The Roadrunner Transportation Services web site offers many different options and customized features designed to increase customer productivity and shipment management. As part of the RRTS mission, we strive to provide excellent service and customer-focused attention. The various online tools, forms, documents, and reports provide access to appropriate account information to properly track and manage shipment activity.

Using any of these tools while logged in with your My RRTS account will allow you to customize and view options specific to your account. Some tools are only available when logged in and are designated below with a throughout the site.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Rate Quote
Receive an instant LTL rate quote. LTL quotes are generally for shipments less than 10 pallets or less than 10,000 pounds. If you login with your My RRTS account you will receive rates based on your tariff, otherwise you will receive RRTS current rates.

Truckload (TL) Rate Quote
Receive a truckload rate quote via email. These rates are calculated by the Truckload team based on information you provide and emailed back to you during business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. cst.

Density Calculator
Calculate the density of your freight with this basic tool.

Online Bill of Lading (BOL)
Generate an online BOL pdf based on a series of questions that will also be sent to an RRTS terminal for pickup. If you login with your My RRTS account you will be able to save addresses and commodity information for future use.

Quick Pickup
Request multiple pickups for a single shipper by filling out only basic information. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know if the terminal will be able to complete the pickup. This option is only available for My RRTS users.

Generate labels
Create labels complete with your Pro Number bar code. You'll need to use Avery 5164 labels for printing.

On-line Tracking
View detailed tracking information, BOL images, POD images, and freight charges. Please note that you must be logged in with your MY RRTS account and have proper permissions setup to view BOL images and freight charges.

Terminal Locations
Use this page to find the RRTS terminal nearest you, view contact information, and service maps.

Damage and Loss Claims
Submit a damage and loss claim along with supporting documentation.

Reporting
View customer reports based on your My RRTS login settings. These reports include access to BOL images, POD images, tracking information and invoice charges.
